Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery is FREE for all orders.

Delivery takes 7 to 10 working days after placing order and making payment. If you order something that is out of stock on pre-order then you will be advised when placing the order how long the waiting period will be.

We deliver in South Africa only.

You can pay safely and securely with Credit Card/Debit Card or EFT, our site has built in 3D Secure and PayFast certified.

3D Secure is a unique feature for online security, once you purchase with your card on our website you will receive an OTP (One Time Pin) on your cell phone to confirm a code.

You will receive an e-mail from Candy with your reference number and our banking details. Products will only be released once funds have been cleared.

Faulty products will need to be collected and tested before any refunds can be considered.

All products need to be assessed before any credits can be issued. To book an assessment, kindly contact our after sales agents Mastercare candy@mastercare.co.za or 087 803 9800.

Upon receiving any of your newly Candy products always make sure to take a photo of the product in its original packing before opening. Keep this image as reference should you require to submit any claims related to physical damage. Without this image, we cannot process claims related to physical damage.

For damaged units, you are required to send the photo of the product and the product in its original packaging before sending the product back via a Courier. Any physical damage to your new product needs to be reported within 24hours of receiving your product. No physical damage claims can occur after 24hours of your delivery.

Should a unit be transported out of the South African borders, the warranty on the unit is void and will no longer apply.

For returns the original Packaging required, 30% Handling fee for unused open box returns.

For refunds a Proof of Purchase Receipt is needed.

Refunds take 5-7 working days.

3 Year warranty applies to the following Candy categories and products:

  • All Candy Washer/dryer combo’s
  • All Candy Dishwashers
  • All Candy Wine coolers
  • All Candy Ovens
  • All Candy Hobs
  • All Candy Hoods

2 Year warranty applies to the following Candy categories and products:

  • All Candy Vacuum cleaners

Candy Vacuum filters are available to be purchased for selected Candy Vacuum Cleaners. There is no warranty on these filters.
